User Agreement

Welcome to Bali. This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the Bali mobile application (“App”). Bali is a sleep-focused tool that allows users to track daily sleep information, review yearly sleep statistics, and record dream notes. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

Bali is intended solely for adults aged 18 years or older. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this Agreement. The App is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not permit minors to create accounts or use the services.

2. Account and User Responsibilities

You may be required to create an account or provide certain information to access specific features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You must not:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or related systems.

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.

• Upload or record content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

3. Sleep Data and Dream Records

Bali allows you to input and store personal sleep data and dream records. You retain ownership of the content you create within the App. However, by storing such content in the App, you grant Bali a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the services.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you record.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its design, features, functionality, and content (excluding user-generated content), are owned by Bali or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without prior written consent.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Bali, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

6. Service Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of its functionality at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bali disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Bali is a self-management and tracking tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The sleep information presented in the App is for informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical consultation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bali and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate this Agreement or engage in conduct that we believe is harmful to the App or other users. You may discontinue use of the App at any time.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this User Agreement from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised version within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
